I have been a patient of Ruth’s twice in the last three years and I really can't recommend her highly enough. Not only is Ruth a highly skilled, intuitive and knowledgeable physiotherapist, she also listens attentively and patiently and is able to identify the problem clearly and quickly. Ruth's physiotherapy skills are greatly enhanced by her warm, friendly and very personable manner. A real 'community' physio

Absolutely worth a visit.  Nic is great and his massage skills leave you feeling so much lighter and freer in your movement.

Dear Ruth, many thanks for your various treatments over the last 10 years. I always know that when I come to you I will receive excellent professional care, so that I will return to full fitness as fast as possible. You always have a lovely manner.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at ‘Move’ for literally getting me back on my feet after a summer of the worst pain I have ever had.  They’re both knowledgeable and patient, I can’t recommend these guys enough.

I had multiple myeloma in my spine which caused it to curve and cause me pain when I walked. Ruth helped me get a lot straighter and as a result I am in much less pain. For that I am grateful.

As a 54 year old ageing sportsman, I have used many physios over the years.  Ruth is right up there with the very best!

Andy Robinson, Hayfield

I have used the services of Ruth from Move Physiotherapy and Sport Injuries Clinic. From start to finish my experience was one of being dealt with in a professional and effective manner. Ruth is clearly knowledgeable in her field. If I need the services of a physiotherapist again, I would have no hesitation in contacting Ruth.

Ruth was our physio and chief medic on our charity walk for Macmillan stopping out all the main cricket grounds around the country, which involved keeping our feet and bodies going for 500 miles over four weeks! She had previously supported Jerry Guscott on a similar feat so we knew we were in good hands. Not only did she have to massage out all our aches and pains on a daily basis, but had to manage and 'cure' ongoing niggles that kept appearing to ensure we could walk the next day. I even agreed to have acupuncture needles stuck in me which was amazing. She was very hard-working and committed, but overall she remained upbeat and motivational especially during our darker days! Her skills and knowledge were outstanding and we could not have asked for anyone better to be in charge of our taking bodies. In fact we wished she had settled near us, we miss her healing hands.
